Graveyard Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily courier operations. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, dispatching drivers efficiently, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical specimens and materials. The ideal candidate will have prior dispatching experience and strong communication skills. Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch medical courier routes efficiently
• Communicate regularly with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates
• Provide professional customer service to clients via phone and email
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner
• Monitor deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures
• Document dispatch activities and maintain accurate records
• Assist with problem resolution related to routes, drivers, or customer concerns
• Work weekends and overtime as required to support operational needs

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatching experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic computer applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• Full-time schedule M-F Start 8:30 pm
• Weekends and overtime available
