GRC Consultant

Araamis is looking for a driven and experienced GRC Consultant (Compliance) to join our team of experts. If you have strong expertise in Compliance, Policy Development, and Regulatory Engagement — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the consulting team, ensuring the successful execution of GRC-related projects and initiatives.
• Design, develop, and formalize internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and licensing structures.
• Deliver strategic advisory services and continuous guidance to government and private sector clients.
• Produce high-quality consultation reports, documentation, and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate proposals, conduct in-depth analysis, and engage effectively with key stakeholders.
• Leverage expertise in digital inspection and compliance platforms to enhance operational efficiency (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Governance, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated +7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, inspection processes, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and proficiency in drafting legal and regulatory documents.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and practices.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate internal training sessions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with regulatory bodies and government entities.

Preferred Certifications:

Candidates with the following certifications will be given strong consideration:

• CCEP – Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional
• GRC – Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• ISO 37301 – Lead Implementer for Compliance Management Systems
