Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client personnel to implement ServiceNow GRC solutions that effectively mitigate risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Design and build the end-to-end architecture for a high-volume ticketing system, considering functional requirements (e.g., ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and closure) and non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, reliability, and performance).
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the functional and non-functional requirements for the ticketing platform.
  • Experience in Ticketing Tools and being able to manage the tickets
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.
  • Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
  • Integration and Automation integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs, web services, and automating processes using workflows and orchestrations
  • Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
  • Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and instructions.
  • Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow GRC/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Design technical solutions that address business problems Engineering related to risk and compliance often act as the primary technical point-of-contact for projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas, understand requirements, and provide support

  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate
  • ISO 27001 Information Security Management
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
