Greeter / Support

Are you someone who loves creating a great first impression? Railtown Brewing is looking for a friendly, reliable Greeter/Support Team Member to help keep things running smoothly from the moment guests walk through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and engage guests with a positive, outgoing attitude
• Manage waitlists and seating flow
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Support the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly, this may include food running and/or bussing tables.

• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to jump in and help
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of previous hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred (not required)
• Availability for lunch and dinner shifts; weekend availability required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
