GRO Admin Officer

Role Overview

The GRO & Administration Specialist is responsible for managing government relations and providing administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations , The role combines compliance-focused government services with efficient office administration, vendor coordination, and facilities support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee visas, iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, work permits, profession changes, sponsorship transfers, and exit/re-entry visas.
  • Handle government transactions through Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, HRSD, Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, CR, municipality certificates, and regulatory documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee government records, monitor expiration dates, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration laws.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities management, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement requests, and company assets.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including access cards, equipment setup, and workspace preparation.
  • Assist with internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with Finance on petty cash, invoices, and admin-related expenses.
  • Support cultural transformation and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop recognition programs and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare reports on government transactions, renewals, compliance, and related costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in government transactions, HR compliance, or office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor and immigration laws.
  • Knowledge and ability to liaise with embassies and government entities across multiple countries.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
