Ground Safety Officer

Seeking an experienced Ground Safety Officer to help build and manage a strong safety program in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and enforce ground safety policies, procedures, and systems

-Identify hazards and propose mitigation measures

-Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

-Maintain inspection, incident, and safety documentation

-Coordinate safety efforts across teams and stakeholders

-Lead or support Safety Council meetings and briefings

-Drive safety awareness and training across the organization

-Support Just Culture principles and continuous improvement

Requirements:

-Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a related field-Recognized aviation safety training (Accident Avoidance, CRM, HAZMAT, etc.)

-5+ years as a military aviation Safety Officer or 10+ years in commercial aviation safety roles
