What you'll do:

As an HSE & Maintenance Supervisor at noon, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient operational environment across all warehouse and facility assets. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, enforce safety standards, and promote a proactive safety culture while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

● Develop, implement, and supervise preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure optimal performance of all warehouse assets and equipment (HVAC, conveyors, lifts, sorter, VMS machines, MEP systems, etc.)
● Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies in compliance with Dubai South, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, KEZAD, AD Ports, and other UAE regulatory authorities
● Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe working environment across all warehouses and facilities
● Perform detailed risk assessments, propose mitigation measures, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
● Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
● Monitor HSE performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed
● Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and periodic safety training sessions for all warehouse and facility staff
● Maintain up-to-date safety documentation, permits, and audit-ready records in compliance with internal and external requirements
● Provide expert guidance on fire safety, emergency preparedness, and first aid procedures
● Promote a strong, proactive safety culture throughout warehouse and logistics operations
● Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to align safety and technical performance objectives
● Ensure adherence to permit-to-work systems, contractor safety management, and regulatory frameworks

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field (attested)
● NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health & Safety
● Certified First Aider (MEDIC or equivalent) and Fire Warden (Level 1 & 2)
● Minimum 4–5 years of HSE experience in warehousing, logistics, or facility management operations
● Strong understanding of local UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards
● Proven experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and HSE performance reporting
● Experience conducting HSE training and toolbox talks for diverse teams
● Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, contractor management, and emergency response planning
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
● Must hold a valid UAE driving license
