What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily plant operations by maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Assist with material handling, equipment operation support, and general labor tasks
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties around plant and yard areas
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety‑first culture
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and operational goals

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow operational procedures
• Strong work ethic with the capability to perform physically active tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Dependable team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing conditions

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer drug/alcohol screen and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
