Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Grounds Crew members to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our landscapes, ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role involves a variety of tasks including tree care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance. A passion for outdoor work and a commitment to quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Maintain gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and mulching as needed.
• Operate mowing equipment to keep lawns well-groomed.
• Use hand tools effectively for digging, building, and maintaining landscape features.
• Install and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently.
• Ensure all grounds are clean and free of debris to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming techniques and pest management.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous.
• Ability to operate hand tools and mowing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
