Grounds Crew
About the Role:
New England Country Club is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our seasonal grounds maintenance team in Bellingham, MA. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to a team dedicated to keeping our golf course in top playing condition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily maintenance, including mowing, raking bunkers, and course setup.
- Operate basic grounds equipment (trimmers, mowers, and carts) under supervision.
- Maintain course accessories, including ball washers, trash receptacles, and tee markers.
- Perform general course upkeep and seasonal cleanup as assigned by the Superintendent.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation for shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience is necessary (training provided), though landscaping experience is a plus.
Position Details:
- Seasonal role for the remainder of the golf season.
- $17-21/ per hour based on experience.
- Competitive hourly wage and golf privileges.
- Full and part-time positions available (minimum of 20 hours required).
