As a grounds maintenance worker you will be essential in the lawn care of our residential and commercial customers. Your role involves lawn mowing, edge trimming, weed removal, spring/fall leaf cleanups, and shrub pruning. Your skills and knowledge will be vital as you collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Time management skills and being able to adhere to schedules and routes.
• Accurately log time sheets and route sheets.
• Using upstanding communication skills with homeowners, employees, and management.
• Ability to be a team player and help other team members.
• Ability to work in dynamic weather conditions.
• Capable of performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• Capable of operating various types of equipment (zero-turn mower, weed eater, hedge trimmer, etc.)
• Must achieve and/or exceed our standards for quality of work.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Health card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
