Groundskeeper

GC Multifamily is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to help keep our community in Harvey, Louisiana looking beautiful and welcoming every day.

Our groundskeepers play an important role in creating the first impression residents and visitors experience when they arrive at our community. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept property, we would love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Keep walkways, parking areas, and common spaces clean and free of debris
• Maintain landscaping, flower beds, and curb appeal
• Ensure dumpster areas and pet areas are clean and orderly
• Assist with pool and amenity area upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks as needed
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the team
