Groundskeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/ Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a part time position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of daily tasks, which include, but are not limited to debris removal, minor landscaping, pathway repairs, janitorial cleaning duties in the bath house, pressure washing and assisting guest at check in. Your enthusiasm for horticulture and outdoor work will help ensure our clients’ landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscape and maintenance, and contribute to creating inviting environments.

Duties

• Complete several daily trash runs and debris removal around the property
• Bag ice for Sale in the Tiki Shop
• Clean and maintain restrooms and showers in the clubhouse
• Minor maintenance repairs (on the job training provided)
• Cable TV hook up and troubleshooting upon guest arrival
• Escort guest to their RV site and assist guest parking their RV's
• Ensure pool and beach area are guest ready daily
• Minor RV maintenance, such as draining tanks, propane tank swaps, etc (on the job training provided)

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and able to safely operate golf carts
• Must be able to work outside, subject to extreme heat.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools including trimmers and blowers safely.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards upkeep.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain assignments involving equipment or transportation.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
