We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our properties looking their absolute best! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating clean and organized spaces, and can manage physical tasks with consistency and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Mow, trim, edge, rake, and work your magic to keep every yard looking sharp
• Refresh flower beds with weeding, mulching, and occasional planting flair
• Tackle leaves, branches, and random debris
• Use fun tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers—you name it!) and keep them in good shape
• Handle seasonal tasks like snow removal and storm cleanup
• Keep an eye out for anything that needs fixing or sprucing up
• Bring positive energy and pride to every property you touch
• Create and maintain eye-catching curb appeal for homes preparing to hit the market—ensuring every property looks clean, welcoming, and “show-ready.”

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Polite disposition
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
