Groundskeeper

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Responsible for ensuring that the grounds, buildings, and common areas are up to PMC standards at all times.
Ensures that turnovers are completed in the allotted time and ready for move-in.
Assists with preventative maintenance items as needed.
Assists with Snow Removal as requested.
Ensures that the curb appeal of the property is maintained at all times, including the path to the models and office.
Assists in all other duties as requested.
Keeps storage and shop areas in a neat, clean, organized manner, per company color-coded program.

Qualifications

Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in an emergency situation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess basic hand tools.

Work Requirements

Must be within a reasonable distance from the property and able to travel to the site in inclement weather.
Must be available to respond to all major emergencies.
Must be able to provide valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
