Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure healthy plant growth and water efficiency
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct regular lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf
• Execute gardening duties such as planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays with precision and care
• Maintain landscaping equipment by cleaning, servicing, and safely operating power tools and hand tools
• Assist with general site upkeep including debris removal, soil preparation, and mulch installation
• Support horticultural practices by monitoring plant health and implementing pest control measures when necessary

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape design principles
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques
• Hands-on experience operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices including pruning techniques and soil management
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience working with hand tools and gardening equipment is highly desirable
