Groundskeeper- Summer Help

Overview:

We are looking for summer help keeping up with grounds and building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds. This position is a part of the Maintenance Department and will assist in light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintains the exterior grounds to include lawn care, pulling weeds, spreading mulch and parking areas
Power wash entrances
Polish and/or clean outside waste receptacles
Cleaning of public space windows
Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance projects
Assists in light remodeling projects

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Most possess knowledge of basic hand/power tools
Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
Must be dependable and energetic
Will be required to climb and work off a ladder
Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs comfortably. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment.
