As Group CFO, you will be a
strategic partner to the Group CEO and the Board
responsible for shaping capital strategy, driving performance across operating companies, and ensuring financial resilience to support continued growth and scale.

What You'll Lead
Capital Strategy & Value Creation

Define and lead the Groups capital allocation framework balancing growth, risk, and return

Lead M&A, joint ventures, and exits across strategy, structuring, and execution

Optimise tax structures, capital costs, and resource allocation across OpCos and geographies
Performance Management & OpCo Partnership

Run the Groups annual planning cycle, monthly business reviews, and fortnightly cashflow reviews

Drive KPI alignment in partnership with OpCo CFOs, backed by clear scorecards

Advance the digital finance agenda embedding ERP, advanced analytics, AI-powered forecasting, and real-time dashboards in collaboration with the CTO

Ensure strong liquidity management across receivables, payables, and inventory
Financial Operations & Controls

Oversee consolidation, reporting, and audit processes

Lead treasury, liquidity, and credit management
-
Strengthen internal controls and compliance systems fit for scale

Drive cost leadership through group-wide sourcing synergies, zero-based budgeting, and procurement governance
Stakeholder & Shareholder Engagement

Act as a credible voice to the Board, shareholders, and external partners

Oversee capital structuring, dividend policies, and shareholding administration

Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, regulators, auditors, and advisors

Shape and communicate the Groups equity narrative to lenders, rating agencies, analysts, and shareholders

Provide the Audit & Risk Committees with clear reporting and forward-looking insights
Risk & Decision Support

Build scenarios and ensure financial readiness for different outcomes

Partner with Strategy, Transformation, and Legal on major investment decisions

Spot and mitigate financial risks early
Talent & Culture Stewardship

Build a pipeline of future CFOs; champion upskilling in data, automation, and business partnering

Establish finance business-partnering pods across OpCos to ensure numbers drive real-time strategy
