Group Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Director to oversee multiple business units, departments, or brands within the organization. This role is responsible for driving overall performance, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and leading senior teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance across multiple departments, divisions, or business units
• Develop and implement group-level strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers and department heads
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability across the group
• Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
• Ensure consistency in operations, brand standards, and service delivery
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and decision-making
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements across units
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in management, operations, or leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in a senior or director-level position
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams or business units
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent financial and analytical abilities
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO5,400.000 per month
