IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Group Director Solution Engineering role is responsible for leading a specialized team of Solution Engineers, driving the end-to-end technical design and architecture of complex systems & customized solutions. The leadership role shall ensure the development of innovative, technically sound, and commercially viable technology solutions, and drive the overall performance and capabilities of the Solution Engineering teams. This role demands exceptional technical acumen across diverse domains, strong strategic leadership, and a proven track record of managing high-performing, specialized technical teams to meet complex customer requirements and support to achieve sustainable business growth.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Define and drive the overall Solution engineering strategy for PTCL Group Business Solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer demands, and company capabilities across complex and advanced technological domains.
• Provide expert guidance and oversight to team on complex, multi-domain technology solution designs (HLDs, DLDs, BOMs), ensuring technical excellence, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness by effectively utilizing relevant tools, partner portal and internal & external collaborations.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of technical solutions, sales support, and customer success, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Lead the enablement and professional development of the technical and sales support teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, problem-solving excellence, and customer-centricity.
• Maintain deep knowledge of global and regional ICT market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer demands across all Solution Engineering domains.
• Actively work to establish and reinforce company’s reputation as a leading Systems Integrator (SI) in the market, driving sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
• Plan and guide marketing team for focused customer workshops, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives to showcase the capabilities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any other relevant discipline is required. Master's degree will an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive Techno commercial experience & proven track record in Technology sales, service delivery, project and product management in Tech Co, OEM, Service provider industry.
