Group Finance Manager – Reporting & Planning

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, planning, and performance management across multiple business units. The role will support the Finance Director in delivering strategic and operational financial objectives, ensuring accurate group-level reporting, and driving improvements in financial visibility and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly Group management information and consolidated reports.
• Manage and coordinate Group revenue pipeline projections and performance dashboards.
• Develop, maintain, and report financial and commercial KPIs to support business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and KPI systems .
• Oversee and support the Group's external audit process.
• Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide analysis and insights on commercial trends, profitability, and liquidity .
• Partner with Country Managers to prepare monthly country performance reports .
• Supervise and enhance cash collection and liquidity management across the Group.
• Ensure finance function deliverables are met and compliance standards upheld.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in finance or audit, preferably in a multinational or project-based organization.
• Proven expertise in consolidation accounting and multi-entity financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Sage experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
