Group Growth Marketing Leader (Multi-Platform Digital Ecosystem)

We are a fast-scaling Saudi digital group operating multiple online platforms across freight marketplace, vertical e-commerce, and on-demand delivery sectors. Our ecosystem connects businesses, suppliers, and end consumers through structured, technology-driven platforms designed for operational efficiency and scalable growth.

We are seeking a Growth-Focused Marketing Leader (5–10 years experience) to architect and scale a unified acquisition and growth engine across multiple digital platforms. This is a revenue-impact leadership role with direct ownership over performance, customer acquisition economics, and marketplace scalability.

Core Mission

- Build and scale a centralized, performance-driven acquisition engine across multiple platforms.

- Own group-level CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin metrics.

- Balance supply-demand growth dynamics across marketplace and e-commerce models.

- Develop cross-platform brand positioning and performance strategies.

- Translate marketing performance into measurable revenue and profitability impact.

- Establish scalable marketing infrastructure, automation, and analytics frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-funnel digital strategy (B2B, B2C, and marketplace models).

- Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Oversee SEO, content strategy, CRO, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

- Optimize multi-platform budget allocation based on ROI and growth stage.

- Build unified dashboards covering acquisition, retention, liquidity, and profitability.

- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership.

Required Profile

- 5–10 years in high-performance digital marketing (marketplaces, e-commerce, SaaS, or tech-enabled logistics).

- Proven experience scaling multiple online platforms or business verticals.

- Strong analytical mindset with ownership and executive maturity.

- Experience managing substantial ad budgets with strict ROI accountability.

- Deep understanding of platform economics and growth levers.

- Experience in the Saudi market is strongly preferred.
