Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership across all HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.
- Partner with senior management to identify workforce needs and organizational development goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all group entities.
- Design and implement talent retention and succession planning strategies.
- Establish career progression frameworks to support employee growth and mobility.
Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Regularly review and update policies, employee handbooks, and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
Performance Management
- Implement robust performance appraisal systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through KPIs, structured feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Training & Development
- Assess training needs and implement learning initiatives across departments.
- Drive leadership development and continuous learning programs.
- Build a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages engagement and collaboration.
- Manage grievance, disciplinary, and conflict-resolution procedures professionally.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple business units or group companies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff and management.
- Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage
