Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Manager to lead strategic human resource initiatives and foster a strong organizational culture within our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and cultivating a positive, high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and growth plans in the UAE.
  • Lead initiatives to shape and sustain a strong organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and track HR effectiveness.
  • Foster open communication channels and employee feedback mechanisms to continuously improve workplace culture.
  • Lead change management efforts and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and culture transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing diverse and multicultural teams.
  • Proficient in HRIS, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
