Group Leader Immigration Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Leader Immigration Consultant to head our immigration advisory team. In this role, you will guide clients through complex visa and immigration processes, lead a team of consultants, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of immigration consultants and case officers.
• Provide expert consultation on immigration, visa, and residency matters for multiple countries.
• Review and manage complex immigration cases ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and implement quality standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on case progress, team performance, and compliance metrics.
• Contribute to policy development, process improvements, and best practices.
• Assist in strategic planning to expand and enhance immigration services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration Studies, International Relations, or related field. (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in immigration consulting, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of visa categories, work permits, PR pathways, and citizenship processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in [CRM tools, MS Office, Immigration software—if applicable].
• Certifications or accreditations from relevant immigration authorities (preferred).

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
