Overseas Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to guide clients through visa and immigration processes for study, work, or permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals achieve their global goals, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and updated information to clients on immigration processes, visa categories, and eligibility requirements.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa or immigration pathways (study, work, PR, dependent visas, etc.).
• Assist clients in preparing documentation, filling forms, and submitting visa applications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including embassies, consulates, and immigration offices.
• Stay up to date with changing immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Guide clients through interview preparations, medicals, and other procedural steps.
• Maintain complete records of client files and follow up on application status.
• Meet or exceed monthly counselling and conversion targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred: Law, International Relations, Business, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration, visa counselling, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
