Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultants with strong expertise in both domestic and international travel operations. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in ticketing, itinerary planning, and using major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, and Galileo. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage travel arrangements efficiently for both individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo) to issue, reissue, and cancel tickets.
• Provide clients with accurate travel information, including visa requirements, routes, and travel policies.
• Manage end-to-end travel itineraries and ensure smooth coordination with airlines and vendors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficient in Sabre, and Galileo ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel routes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Language Proficiency:

• English – Professional level
• Urdu – Native
• Arabic – Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
