If you think, you are the ideal candidate for our “Group Management Reporting Assistant Vice President” in our Management Accounting and Planning Directorate at Maslak Istanbul Head Office.

If you think, you have the following qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or other relevant areas
• +5 years of Banking experience (preferably in Data management and Finance)
• Data-driven mindset and excellent analytical skills
• Innovative thinking with an ability to identify practical solution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit
• Excellent command of SQL and MS Office programs (Python is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

If you think, you may take charge of the following responsibilities.

• Responsible for daily monitoring of financials and inform related parties if necessary
• Checking monthly closing process for actuals reporting with related departments, noticing & correcting systematic & accounting errors within month end closing process, taking precautions
• Working closely with Business Lines and Treasury department for month end closing P&L reconciliation process.
• Preparing monthly business line level financial statements for management and global reporting within scheduled timelines
• Preparing and presenting monthly business line and product level P&L reports to top management, supporting top management with ad hoc requests
• Preparing monthly/quarterly requests from ING global within announced deadlines
• Uploading business line, account and product level financial statements to global reporting system within deadlines.
• Effective data management and maintenance of MIS dashboards
• Supporting branch budgeting process and reflecting to MIS Branch screens
• Contributing MIS Automating Processes
• Taking an active role in cross-functional project teams in Finance organization
