TEB Arval - Used Car Pricing and Reporting Manager / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Used Car Pricing and Reporting Manager / Assistant Manager to join our Remarketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related University preferably in Engineering department,
• Minimum 2 years experience within the automotive business and preferably in used car sales.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Significant attention to detail, particularly when navigating numerous data sources
• English speaker preferred
• Strong result and client driven approach
• Following new technologies closely, being agile, open for learning and improving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to tell a story using data

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing a robust pricing strategy for various used car models; considering factors such as vehicle condition, mileage, age, and market demand
• Analyze the sales performance in B2B and B2C channels and manage complex, statistical, and quantitative analyses, come up with conclusions and action plans
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting pricing strategies to adapt to market dynamics and achieving business objectives
• Figure out major changes by using data in the business environment and employ that information to help monitor shifting trends
• Conduct analyses to support / define stock optimization and channel allocation decisions
• Prepare and coordinate Remarketing Committee on regular basis
• Contribute to the improvement of remarketing and auction process through data-driven recommendations
• Monitor competitive activity and market benchmarks in used car channels and reflect insights into action plans
• Analyze website performance of all channels based on traffic, conversion rate etc
• Tracking customer journey, monitor leads to sales funnel, define bottlenecks and present action plans
