This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive R&L business growth and market share in Corporate and Retail channels. This role involves managing sales teams, setting targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The GM –R&L Sales acts as a key member of the executive leadership team and contributes to overall company sales strategy and performance.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective retail and corporate sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Lead, manage, train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Identify new market opportunities and expand into new segments.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Oversee key client negotiations and high-value deals.

Work closely with the marketing, product, and fleet operations teams to align strategies and support business objectives.

Forecast sales volumes and prepare budgets and reports for senior leadership.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory sales practices.

Oversee corporate tendering process, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with bid requirements.

Develop and manage partnerships with dealerships and explore special programs cooperation opportunities.

Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales teams to drive high performance.

Take ownership of the Sales GP, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.

Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and performance targets.

Optimize cost of sales while maintaining high service standards.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Experience

Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Field of Experience: Experience in sales and management within Automotive industry, with a significant portion in the Kuwaiti market
Skills

Strong experience in corporate tenders within Kuwait.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to develop high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.

Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
