Premier Group is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a unified marketing, branding, and communications strategy across all Group companies. The role ensures strong brand positioning, market competitiveness, customer engagement, and marketing ROI across all business units. It also oversees digital marketing and market intelligence at the Group level.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop a Group-wide brand and marketing strategy that strengthens market presence.
  • Establish unified brand guidelines for all companies under the Group.
  • Ensure marketing alignment with corporate strategy and revenue growth.

Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Oversee development of annual marketing plans and campaigns across subsidiaries.
  • Lead digital marketing transformation (SEO, SEM, social media, website, CRM).
  • Ensure consistent customer experience and brand messaging across all platforms.

Market Research & Insights

  • Lead market intelligence initiatives to assess competition, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Provide insights to business units for strategic planning and product positioning.

Corporate Communication

  • Manage Group corporate identity and public relations.
  • Support crisis communication and CEO communications as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Provide functional leadership to marketing teams in subsidiaries.
  • Build Group-level marketing capabilities and introduce advanced marketing tools.
  • Drive innovation in branding, content creation, and customer engagement.

Budget & Agency Management

  • Manage Group marketing budgets and ensure ROI for all marketing spend.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and creative partners .

Any other-role related duty assigned by the line manager.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a must.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing Management) preferred

Experience

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in Managerial Role
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-company or multi-country IT operations
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and brand strategy
