You would join the team Group Product Manager leading a part of the team with two primary focus areas: 1) Going deep into the extensibility needs for Word / Excel / PowerPoint, building the integration points that partners’ scenarios require, while also improving the reliability, performance, and security of the overall system, in partnership with teammates in North America, and 2) Building a best-of-class Copilot Chat experience inside of Excel for users without a Copilot Pro license, again in partnership with other parts of the team.

You will lead teams to define significant business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also provide strategic direction in identifying long-term investment opportunities and will coach teams to engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.

You will lead teams in defining a feature set and facilitate mid- and senior-level usability reviews with customers.
- You’ll lead teams to own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and will guide them to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

You will provide expertise to help teams partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to measurably improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also coach teams to identify features to deprecate and guide them to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.

You will create deep knowledge and expertise within your team around the needs of Office developers and users, both internal and external, becoming subject matter experts in your areas of focus.

You will drive both near-term optimization and delivery of the platform as well the long-term strategy for moving it forward in line with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.

1+ year(s) people management experience.
