Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize daily Retention & Acquisition Campaigns across multiple channels
• Identify new channels for growth and own the pipeline to get them live
• Work closely with partners to identify new opportunities for growth
• Perform site visits in collaboration with partners to unlock growth and user activation
• Identify issues within product(s) and work with product & engineering teams to triage, prioritize and resolve.
• Directly influence product development by identifying areas of opportunity to improve the user experience.
• Conduct user research and interviews and help marketing turn these into collateral.

• Exceptional communication – your role will be customer facing – this is a bare minimum.
• Responsiveness – get back to customers and your team ASAP. Do NOT be a blocker.
• Self-learning – we’re a hyper-growth startup & we will not handhold

• A+ Candidates will:
• Know how to code to some extent – the more the better!
• Try first, ask questions later – again, don’t look for handholding.
• Have experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (MoEngage, Braze, Iterable etc.)

This role is 100% in person: Our office is located near Davis Road, US Consulate, Lahore. If you can’t make it, this won’t work – there is ZERO wiggle room on this.
