Growth & Commercial Lead

About the Role:  We are looking for an experienced and proactive Growth & Commercial Lead to oversee the end-to-end growth and marketing strategies of our company's new digital ventures. This role will be responsible for performance-driven user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue-focused marketing operations. You will coordinate internal and external resources, manage agencies, and align growth initiatives with product and commercial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage external agencies (performance, content, social media) and internal teams
  • Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing performance
  • Drive brand awareness via communication campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to improve acquisition funnels and conversion rates
  • Analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, user cohorts, and funnel metrics to inform decisions
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage commercial partnerships
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketplace, mobile app, or SaaS growth/marketing roles
  • Proven success in managing digital media and marketing agency relationships
  • Strong grasp of growth marketing KPIs and tools (GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel analysis
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and sales
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
