Job Summary
We are seeking a
Growth Executive
with strong expertise in
website analysis, CRO, and retention marketing
. This role involves identifying bottlenecks in the digital customer journey, building data-backed strategies to improve conversions, and driving long-term customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a mix of
analytical problem-solver and strategic thinker
, passionate about optimizing growth levers across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct
website and funnel analysis
to identify gaps in user experience and opportunities for improvement.

Develop
CRO strategies
including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey enhancements.

Partner with design, performance, and tech teams to implement and measure CRO initiatives.

Build and execute
retention marketing strategies
(email, CRM, loyalty, remarketing) to maximize LTV.

Recommend improvements on
website architecture, messaging, and content
to boost engagement and conversions.

Monitor
key growth metrics (activation, churn, retention, conversion rates)
and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Stay updated on
CRO frameworks, retention models, and marketing automation tools
to bring innovation into campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1+ years of experience
in growth, digital marketing, or CRO-focused roles (agency/consulting preferred).

Strong understanding of
CRO principles, website analytics, and user funnel optimization
.

Hands-on knowledge of tools like
GA4, VWO, Hotjar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
.

Exposure to
retention marketing tactics
(email workflows, CRM, remarketing campaigns).

Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into
strategic recommendations
.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, tech, and client teams.
