Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end manage CRM strategies across the full customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back.
• Segment customers based on data insights and creating campaigns that increase loyalty and reduce churn
• Analyze campaign performance, turning results into insights and continuously testing new ideas
• Monitor customer behaviors to identify pain points and designing creative ways to keep users engaged
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of CRM initiatives

Track and report on key performance metrics, establishing feedback loops to refine strategies and optimize impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in CRM, customer growth or data-driven marketing
• Skilled in data analysis and SQL, familiar with SAS, D•engage, Tableau or similar tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Strategic mindset with solid project management abilities
• Results-driven and confident in taking ownership of KPIs
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office programs
