Growth: Customer Engagement Manager

Job Type: Full Time or Intern.

Office location : Remote

At Fitnescity, we strive to provide a world-class customer experience. Your role will be to further grow customer happiness and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.
  • Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
  • Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase

customer happiness.

  • Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).
  • Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities,

prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.

  • Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.
  • You have Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience. You are good with numbers.
  • You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).
  • You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).
  • You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
