Your Mission:
Own the entire organic growth funnel. You will not just optimize pages; you will build the system behind our organic growth. Your core mandate is to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that increases qualified traffic, supports pipeline generation, and demonstrates clear ROI.

What You Will Build & Own:

• AI & Growth-Centric Strategy: Develop and execute an AI-first SEO roadmap for 2026+, focusing on visibility in AI Overviews (GEO/AEO) and traditional SERPs.
• The Full Stack: Manage the complete spectrum: Technical SEO audits, content strategy aligned with search intent, and authoritative link-building.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Move beyond rankings. Use GA4, GSC, and advanced tools to analyze user behavior, attribute SEO to conversions, and tell a compelling story of impact to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the SEO authority. Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to embed SEO principles and drive project execution.

You Are The Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a portfolio of growing organic traffic and conversions.
• Proven expertise with core tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
• A strategic, business-outcome mindset. You ask "why" before "how" and tie your work to leads and revenue.
• A keen understanding of the 2026 SEO landscape, including AI's impact on search and the need for topical authority.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex SEO concepts for all stakeholders.
