We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Executive to develop and execute effective growth strategies for our digital products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch campaigns that drive traffic, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns using data and insights to drive traffic to digital channels.
2. Plan and execute targeted email, push notification, and in-app campaigns to reach our target audience.
3. Analyze marketing data and user feedback to inform future growth strategies, leveraging tools like Google Analytics.
4. Collaborate with designers and content writers to optimize email creatives (including but not limited to other marketing tasks) and template structures based on best practices.
5. Work closely with Design, Product, and Commercial teams to share ideas, feedback, and present results.
6. Lead the development of new product features and leverage email marketing and push notifications to drive growth.
7. Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, and test new approaches to capture existing demand.8. Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to leverage data and metrics to generate creative ideas.
3. Highly goal-oriented and resilient in pursuit of growth.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, open-minded, and curious.
5. Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into targeted marketing strategies.
6. 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar field, with experience in Google Analytics (and other similar tools) highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
