Social Media Executive

PakWheels is looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Content Growth Executive to elevate our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role combines content distribution, audience growth, push notification strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive engagement and optimize digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Video Distribution: Upload and distribute content (videos, images, event coverage) across platforms.
• Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to expand audiences and increase engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the Video, Design, and Content teams to generate innovative and viral content ideas.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work professionally and communicate effectively with the Video, Design, Content, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of content and push notification strategies.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze performance data across platforms to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Strong creative skills and a proven ability to generate viral content.
• Experience in creating and managing push notification campaigns with cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, MoEngage, Meta Business Suite and Sendy.
• Proactive and can work independently while managing multiple tasks under pressure without panicking.
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools, trends, and strategies.
