We’re also building AI CEO – a powerful suite of AI-powered business automation agents that will redefine how businesses operate.

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Hacker (Remote) based in Egypt to lead our growth initiatives globally. The ideal candidate is a full-stack marketer with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content, and growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain users.
• Build and scale presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and upsells.
• Track growth metrics with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Conduct weekly growth experiments and scale winning strategies.
• Build anticipation for the AI CEO platform via waitlist growth, early access signups, and influencer partnerships.
• Manage affiliate and referral programs to create organic growth loops.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media growth, SEO, paid ads, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit, etc.).
• Proven ability to scale users or revenue for SaaS/digital products.
• Excellent communication & creative content skills (short-form + long-form).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, AI tools, or SaaS startup environments.
