Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Growth Intern to join the Vedantu Store team. You will work closely with growth managers and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, analyze performance data, optimize marketing campaigns, and scale revenue for our direct-to-consumer platform
Key Responsibilities

Own Data Insights
: Translate raw data from analytics dashboards into actionable reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates, providing clear insights into business performance

Spearhead Growth
: Initiate, develop, and execute innovative growth strategies to significantly increase user acquisition and revenue

Pioneer New Channels
: Discover and test new distribution channels to unlock unprecedented reach for Vedantu Store

Cultivate New Revenue
: Identify and develop nascent business opportunities, turning them into tangible revenue streams for the Vedantu Store

Build Influencer Ecosystem
: Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers to drive impactful promotions for Vedantu Store products

Strategic Benchmarking
: Utilize competitive research to benchmark our standing and uncover untapped growth opportunities

Orchestrate Marketing Assets
: Manage the creation of high-impact marketing creatives, optimize product pages, and design compelling promotional offers by coordinating with internal teams

Optimize Performance Metrics
: Rigorously track and analyze KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, user sessions, orders) to ensure optimal campaign and product performance

Boost Organic Presence
: Implement and support SEO and organic marketing tactics to elevate brand visibility and organically attract new users

Champion User Experience
: Actively solicit and interpret customer feedback, contributing directly to improvements in user experience and product development

Requirements-

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.

Basic knowledge of performance marketing or e-commerce is a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
