Growth Marketing Internship in Bangalore

This is a hands-on growth marketing role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, not just exposure. As part of the growth team, you’ll work across online events, influencer marketing and campaign execution, learning how marketing actually drives numbers, and brand trust in a high-intent & fast-growing education startup category like MBA education. This role is ideal for someone who has completed college, is serious about building a career in growth/marketing, and wants to learn by doing.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assisting in planning and executing weekly online events (masterclasses, webinars, events)
• Supporting and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Coordinating with influencers, speakers, and internal stakeholders for campaigns and events
• Working closely with the creative team to brief, review, and finalize creatives for events and campaigns
• Writing scripts, captions, content briefs, and basic event communication copies
• Researching competitors, audience behavior, and growth trends
• Helping the team experiment with new growth ideas and formats
