You are entrepreneurial, analytical, and mission-driven. You understand Algeria’s financial ecosystem and see fintech as a force for good. You thrive on connecting with people, building partnerships, and delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and execute a localized growth strategy that positions nsave as a leader in Algeria’s fintech landscape.
• Build strong communities and brand advocates through local partnerships and outreach.
• Collaborate with grassroots initiatives, universities, and NGOs to enhance financial literacy and inclusion.
• Own digital marketing, referral, and retention campaigns to drive user growth.
• Optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics using data and experimentation.
• Collaborate with global product teams to adapt offerings to Algerian user needs.
• Track, analyze, and report key KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or business development.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is a strong advantage.
• Strong grasp of performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for financial inclusion and impact-driven innovation.
