About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Leader to launch and lead CODOT's expansion in Saudi Arabia, one of our most strategic markets.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a leadership position for someone ambitious, goal driven, and ready to build a market from zero to dominance.

You will lead CODOT's growth in Saudi Arabia from client acquisition and partnerships to scaling our network of screens nationwide. You will work directly with the founders to build CODOT into one of the region's most powerful tech platforms.

Your Mission
  • Build and lead CODOT's market presence across Saudi Arabia
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients including media owners, restaurants, real estate developers, and enterprises
  • Develop partnerships with agencies, LED suppliers, and distributors
  • Lead client demos, negotiations, and closings
  • Design and execute a Saudi growth strategy with measurable KPIs
  • Recruit and train a small local sales team as growth scales
  • Report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in CODOT's GCC expansion
Who You Are
  • Based in Riyadh with strong business relationships across Saudi Arabia
  • 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or growth preferably in SaaS, tech, or media
  • Confident, independent, and entrepreneurial with a passion for achieving targets
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English
  • Skilled in negotiations, presentations, and closing deals
  • Valid driving license preferred
Compensation and Growth Path
  • Base Salary: SAR 9,000 to 12,000 per month
  • Commission: 12 percent on first year client revenue
  • Bonuses:
  • SAR 5,000 for every 100 active screens
  • SAR 20,000 bonus at 500 screens
  • SAR 50,000 plus potential promotion to Country Manager Saudi Arabia at 1,000 screens
  • Long Term Incentives: Eligibility for equity options or performance based profit share
