In this role we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on noon minutes platform

Own the performance of key interventions and channels with focus on customer growth

Analyze initiative impact and generate insights to help inform the company's way to play

Build deep customer understanding for various hubs/ cities

Support noon minutes leadership team in driving critical cross-functional projects

Keep key business stakeholders updated with the market and competitive insights

Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems

Undertake competitive research and benchmarking

Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization

Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics
What you'll need:
-
Bachelor’s Degree B.tech or any related field.

8+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting from a top tier consulting firm
-
Delivery experience with strategic planning, growth strategy and business transformation.

Route to market, business transformation, and/or business model design transformation experience

Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Hands-on experience in SQL / Big query or any programming language is preferable

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
