Growth Manager

The role

As Growth Manager at D24 Fintech, you will architect and scale our paid acquisition and funnel performance strategy across corporate, enterprise, and product platforms.


This is a senior performance role focused on building predictable, scalable demand pipelines, supporting awareness, inbound interest, white-label sales, and enterprise growth, while maintaining strong ROI discipline and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and relevant channels
  • Architect full-funnel performance: awareness → consideration → inbound demand
  • Build and optimize landing pages, CRO, and conversion funnels
  • Drive inbound interest for enterprise, partners, and white-label solutions
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI frameworks
  • Implement advanced attribution and performance reporting
  • Lead experimentation and growth testing roadmaps
  • Align paid campaigns with PR, brand, and content initiatives
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial marketing regulations
  • Build scalable performance frameworks across regions and business lines
  • Partner with sales and enterprise teams to improve funnel quality


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–7 years in growth or performance marketing
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Proven success in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise funnels
  • Strong understanding of CRO, attribution, and funnel analytics
