Job Title: Growth Manager – Campaign & Website Planner
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Manager – Campaign & Website Planner to lead campaign execution, website performance, and customer journey improvements. This role is well-suited for someone who can balance creativity with analytics—designing campaigns that drive traffic, refining user flows to boost conversions, and building strategies that reduce bounce rates. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every initiative contributes to sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to enhance site speed, responsiveness, and technical performance
- Optimize user journeys to minimize bounce rates and reduce cart abandonment
- Oversee seasonal and high-demand campaigns, ensuring smooth scaling during peak periods
- Take ownership of the full customer experience, from first visit to checkout and beyond
- Partner with CRM teams to implement retargeting strategies that recover lost customers
- Plan and deliver monthly promotions, including discounts across products, categories, and brands
- Work with SEO and Social Media teams to drive qualified traffic to landing and product pages
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and coordinate with the Commercial team on pricing and supplier deals
- Develop data-backed promotional and pricing strategies to maximize sales and ROI
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager to measure and report campaign impact
- Run A/B experiments to test pricing models, design changes, and campaign performance
- Provide regular updates on KPIs, including traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and checkout success
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital campaigns, or eCommerce marketing
- Strong knowledge of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and campaign planning
- Skilled in analytics and tracking platforms like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with CRM, SEO, social, commercial, and tech teams
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven with strong execution skills
- Passionate about driving conversions and improving the customer experience
- Thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
KPIs for Success
- Reach 8–10% conversion rates during peak campaigns and promotions
- Consistently lower bounce rates and cart abandonment
- Deliver strong ROI through strategic campaign planning and pricing tactics
