Growth Manager - Hospitality

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving Hospitality & Entertainment’s (H&E) growth initiatives across brands including Nest Campus, Nest Hotel, Boost Juice, Hungry Wolves, Manbat, Kashtat Amina, Alsimrah, and others. The role will support the execution of strategic projects, performance marketing, offline brand activations, and stakeholder-led initiatives to deliver measurable business impact. Acting as a bridge between H&E growth & strategy team and the Group Brand & Marketing team, this position requires strong execution, project management, and marketing skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Growth & Strategy Execution

  • Support the GM in planning and executing cross-brand growth initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable projects with clear KPIs and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to business case development, ROI assessment, and performance tracking.


Performance Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in paid performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels by working closely with Group Digital Marketing team.
  • Oversee audience targeting, retargeting, and digital funnel optimisation to drive acquisitions and conversions.
  • Work with CRM and digital product teams to align campaigns with customer journey and loyalty objectives.


Offline Marketing & Activations

  • Plan and execute offline activations, sponsorships, and experiential campaigns.
  • Partner with universities, retail brands, and corporate entities for co-branded activations.
  • Ensure activations are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver measurable visibility.


Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Drive multi-stakeholder project management, coordinating across internal teams (creative, operations, IT, finance) and external vendors.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Report progress and flag risks to leadership proactively.


Sales & Growth Enablement

  • Support B2B and B2C growth efforts through partnership development and new channel opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement tools including presentations, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.


EXPERIENCE


  • 5–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or strategy roles, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.
  • Proven expertise in performance media and campaign optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong exposure to offline activations and event-driven marketing.
  • Experience with sales and growth enablement initiatives.


SKILLS


  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, CRM platforms).
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to track ROI and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, energetic, and results-driven.
