Growth Manager (Mid/Senior)

You will play a key role in driving the success of our games by defining and shaping the growth vision with a strong focus on user acquisition and monetization, ensuring every aspect aligns with mobile player needs and business goals.

You will work closely with Marketing Art, Product and Data teams, fostering collaboration to create games that entertain millions of players worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sustainable user acquisition and maximize performance
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance data and LTV prediction results to surface actionable insights, guide decisions and improve marketing outcomes
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in growth management in mobile gaming, the hybrid casual puzzle genre experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical background with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
  • Proven success in shipping multiple games with a strong track record
  • Open communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset, taking responsibility with a passion for problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
  • Deep enthusiasm for delivering world-class results in the gaming industry
  • University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
